MAP (monoammonium phosphate or amphos) is a complex, highly concentrated and water-soluble mineral fertilizer.

MAP is not a hygroscopic fertilizer and has a rounded shape with granules of equal size, due to which it is evenly spread over the soil surface.

MAP contains two main nutrients in its composition - 11% nitrogen (N) in ammonium form and 52% phosphoric acid pentoxide (P2O5).
